The Wreath Bar of Troy is a place for creatives!  Stop by Hangin Handmade Vendor Boutique, located at 195 River Street in Troy, NY, to design your own petite grapevine base wreaths or votive arrangements.  The bar is stocked with curated seasonal picks and sprays, and various accent pieces such as fruit and peacock feathers.  This season's menu choices are forsythia or greens.  Come check it out!
